Green oats are a valued addition to the menu of guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas and degus, especially in combination with some hay. It can also help to stimulate appetite or loose droppings.

Nutritional advice

Feed at your discretion in small quantities several times a week, depending on the life stage, health status and living conditions of the animal.

– Guinea pigs and rabbits: approximately 1 tablespoon per kilogram of body weight.

– Small rodents: approximately 1 teaspoon per animal.

Make sure there is always fresh drinking water and unlimited hay available and provide fresh vegetables regularly!

 

Storage advice

Store in a cool, dry and dark place, for example in a sealed bag, bucket or container. This means that the products remain good for longer and there is less chance of quality deterioration.
